Our role

Qualified fit-out and services subcontractor, with D.M. 37/2008 conformity and a two-shift delivery model.

Method

Phased work zones, a compressed programme, daily coordination with the main contractor and delivery aligned with hotel operating standards.

Programme

Progress by operational area: preparation, installation, finishes, testing and documented handover. Each phase is coordinated with the activities continuing inside the building.

Team

Technical leadership is entrusted to Cesare Poggi. Building and services teams work under one operational coordination structure.

Progress

The site progresses through segregated zones and successive handovers, with safety, housekeeping and operational continuity kept as priorities.
